Our crew arrives an hour to an hour and a half before start time. Setup happens off the clock — it never eats into your booked service hours.

A trained attendant runs every service from start to finish, then we break everything down and clear the space at the end of the night.

What people ask before they book
- How much does a 360 Photobooth cost in Sacramento?
- The 360 Photobooth includes three hours with the attendant, unlimited spins, branded overlays, lighting and same-night gallery delivery, and you can add hours. Pick your services on the site and we send your quote the same day. Most people pair it with Print Photobooth and DJ Services.
- How much space does the booth need?
- A 10 by 10 foot area on level ground and one standard outlet within 50 feet. We bring our own extension cords and carpet.
- Can I book several services together?
- Pick any services you want, set the hours for each, and send your event details. We email you one custom quote covering everything.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. Circle U 360 carries liability insurance, and we can send a certificate to your venue on request.
- How much are Videography and Photography?
- They are premium add-ons — each needs a dedicated crew member and editing after the event. On their own they start at four hours. Request a quote and we send the number the same day.
- When do we get the videos?
- Guests get theirs on the spot by AirDrop, text or QR code. The full gallery lands in your inbox the same night.
- How far do you travel?
- Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove and Davis have no travel fee. Stockton, Modesto, Vacaville, Fairfield and Napa are covered too — ask when you check your date.
- How do I hold a date?
- Send your date through the form or call and we'll tell you if it's open. Once you're ready to book, we reserve the date and send the booking details.
- Can you brand the videos for our company?
- Yes. Logo overlays, brand colors, custom start screens and a data-capture screen for lead collection. We've run activations for teams, health systems and campus events.
- What happens if it rains?
- The booth needs cover — a tent, patio or indoor space. Tell us the setup when you book and we'll confirm what works at your venue.
